RIP Adrian

You might have remembered back in May I did a post about a guy called Adrian Sudbury who doctors told him he had months to live. Adrian continued to update his blog to encourage people to get involved with bone marrow transplants.

During these last few months Adrian has got weaker and weaker however continue to write about his struggle but continued to be as positive as always.

Sadly today he passed away at the age of just 27. RIP Adrian and thank you for your inspirational blog. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

The best new event in the Olympics!

BMX racing at the Olympics! Really fun to watch, already had a few crashes. Such a great sport. I love how 2 years ago a snowboarding course was added and now in the summer Olympics we have the BMX racing! Fantastic!

What a thrilling race by Michael Phelps and Milorad Cavic in the 100m Butterfly final! Phelps won it by a finger nail!!! Phelps had a time of 50.58 and Cavic 50.59!

RIP Issac Hayes

I hate reporting deaths. Issac Hayes passed away today at the age of 65. Issac is well known for his music and incredible soul filled voice. He was also the voice of Chef in South Park.

He has just completed a movie called Soul Men with Samuel L Jackson and Bernie Mac who died yesterday :(

RIP Issac! You will be missed!

RIP Bernie!

I'm sure a lot of you have already heard about Bernie Mac's passing. It was very shocking and sad to hear of his passing.

I like what Chris Rock said about him, "Bernie Mac was one of the best and funniest comedians to ever live but that was the second best thing he did. Bernie was one of the greatest friends a person could have. Losing him is like losing 12 people because he absolutely filled up any room he was in. I'm gonna miss the Mac Man."

RIP Bernie you will be missed!

This is really sad!

Last Sunday a British couple who were on their honeymoon in Antigua had a gunman enter their hotel room and shot the bride, Catherine Mullany,31,and critcally injured the groom Benjamin Mullany,31.

Benjamin was shot in the head and spine and doctors said he was brain dead. He was flown back to the UK on Friday however sadly it was announced today that he died.

Police have a drug dealer in custody. Hopefully the police will find the murderer who has done this.

My thoughts go out to the families and friends of both Catherine and Benjamin.
