RIP John Hughes! You made my all time favorite movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off and wrote my favorite Christmas movie Home Alone! Part of my childhood died again tonight.
Some of my other favorite John Hughes movies include: 16 Candles, Uncle Buck, Planes and Automobiles and The Breakfast Club!
RIP John! You will be missed!

One of my girlfriends and I were quoting a bunch of John Hughes movies yesterday on Facebook reminiscing. He made such classics! I've loved his movies since I was a kid and he'll be missed!
Yea he made a lot of movies that will always be classics. It just shows you how successful he was as a writer/director.
Woah, somehow I missed this :*( RIP John Hughes he made the best 80's films. Classics they were; they all remind me of my childhood/tweens.
